Compensation

• Approximately $220,000 base salary

• Develop and execute the enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Lead data ingestion, integration, governance, and quality initiatives.
• Build scalable data platforms that support advanced analytics and AI.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive AI innovation and business transformation.

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Experience leading enterprise data strategy within banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Proven success building and leading technical teams.
• Expertise in enterprise data architecture, governance, and integration.
• Experience evaluating and implementing build vs. buy technology decisions.
• Experience enabling AI through modern enterprise data platforms.
• Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
