Compensation: $150-210K

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Oversee full software development lifecycle from architecture to deployment
• Partner with product leaders to define roadmaps and prioritize initiatives
• Establish engineering standards, KPIs, and quality metrics
• Drive technical innovation and evaluate emerging technologies
• Align engineering execution with business strategy and growth goals
• Manage resources and timelines to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Proven leadership within healthcare or health tech environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Deep experience in software architecture for scalable conversational or AI driven platforms
• Executive-level ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
• Strong track record building engineering standards and performance metrics
