Director of Education Quality & Assurance

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking a Head of Education Quality and Assurance to independently assess the quality and safety of education across Esland schools. This role ensures rigorous testing of quality, reporting directly to the board, and not running school improvement itself.

You will audit against IS standards, Ofsted and ISI, and should be ready to challenge senior leaders with clear, evidence-based findings. Regular travel is required while safeguarding is prioritized.
