Director of Education, Aspirations & Achievement

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking an exceptional leader to join the education leadership team as Assistant Director, Education, Aspirations and Achievement. You will oversee a diverse portfolio spanning school improvement, inclusion, SEND reform, early years and education planning.

The role requires significant senior experience in education or children's services, a track record of delivering improvement, and the ability to translate strategy into action across complex systems.
