Salary: £33,000 per year (0.6 WTE)
Hours: 8-4pm Monday -Wednesday Term time only

Job Description

The new role of Director of Education will join our Senior Management Team and be responsible for providing vision, leadership and clear direction for the Training Centre to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people and their families.

The postholder will be responsible for supporting the Training Centre team to design and develop learning that enables learners with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve nationally recognised accredited qualifications. This will include designing a curriculum to enable each learner to develop their Independence, life skills and vocational learning through programmes aligned to future career aspirations.
