Gardeners' World is seeking a strategic Digital Lead to shape and execute our multimedia vision across web, social, video, podcast and apps. You will oversee editorial transformation, aligning audience needs with brand authenticity while protecting the flagship print heritage.

You'll lead a team of digital specialists, drive data led decision making, and champion AI assisted workflows to elevate our content and grow subscriptions, audience reach and commercial opportunities.
