Director of Commercial Strategy & Procurement

Taylor Wimpey, a leading UK house builder, invites an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to set regional strategy for procurement and cost control across multiple schemes. You will oversee subcontract procurement, monitor costs, and realise savings opportunities while aligning with business targets.

You will lead the commercial team, manage Surveyors, Buyers and Estimators, report to the local board, and drive value, safety, and delivery.
