Director of Client Outcomes & Governance

Jupiter Asset Management in London is seeking a Head of Client Outcomes to lead governance on Consumer Duty and AoV/APR processes. You will partner with Compliance, Product Structuring and Investment teams to embed client outcomes across product design and value reporting.

The role combines regulatory expertise with commercial judgement, including managing two reports, delivering timely MI to boards, and driving data-enabled improvements via technology and AI tools.
