Job Description
Arriva UK Trains is seeking a Head of Commercial Bids to lead all tender activity and growth initiatives. You will work with Growth colleagues to ensure governance and strategic alignment, managing opportunities from lead to renewal across UK markets.
You will build external relationships, drive GTM strategies and oversee tender responses while collaborating with Arriva's network. Leadership in a fast-paced transport context is essential.
