You will grow and retain senior B2B audiences, collaborating with editorial, programming, marketing, and commercial teams to attract the right delegates, deliver sponsor value, and build long-term loyalty.

Day-to-day you will build and analyse CRM data, map growth opportunities, and create year-round engagement channels
