This is a strategic, full-time leadership role , ideal for someone passionate about transforming higher education through innovation, research excellence, and global collaboration.
Your Mission
Lead and elevate the institution's applied research strategy-from ideation to real-world impact. Collaborate across academic departments, international institutions, and industry partners to drive interdisciplinary projects, attract research funding, and foster innovation aligned with top global standards: European Higher Education Area (EHEA), ESG and ASU.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the institution's R&D roadmap
- Coordinate grant writing and EU funding (e.g. Horizon Europe)
- Mentor research staff and students
- Benchmark against top global academic quality standards
- Promote research culture and innovation
Your Profile
- PhD and strong publication track record
- Proven experience in research strategy, project management & fundraising
- Knowledge of EU research programs
- English C1-C2
