Director of AI-Driven Talent & Leadership

Expedia Group is seeking a Director of Top Talent to own and elevate EG's enterprise talent review and succession products. You will lead end-to-end product development in collaboration with People Tech and People Analytics to deliver reliable talent data and impactful leadership decisions.

You will shape calibration frameworks, governance, and AI-enabled capabilities, driving real-time insights for leaders and HRBPs while partnering with a broad set of stakeholders across the organization.
