Director of AI & Automation Strategy

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to shape and deliver the agency's AI and automation strategy. You will identify automation opportunities, prioritise high-impact initiatives and partner with Operations and leadership to scale a practical AI roadmap.

You will own Claude uptake, drive tool adoption across departments, and coach teams with clear training and documentation. A track record in implementing scalable business systems within a creative or social space is essential.
