Director of Academy Talent & Recruitment

Barnsley Football Club is seeking an experienced individual to effectively manage the Academy recruitment strategy. You will collaborate with key staff in identifying and signing potential players while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruitment, excellent IT skills, and strong familiarity with EPPP and Premier League regulations. You'll oversee the Academy recruitment budget, manage scout expenses, and foster relationships with other clubs.
