Director, M&A - Boutique

• Lead end-to-end deal execution for M&A transactions
• Originate and pitch for new mandates, leveraging personal and industry contacts
• Manage client relationships, serving as the trusted lead advisor throughout transaction lifecycles
• Mentor, manage and develop less experienced colleagues

• ACA/ CFA qualified with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in Dublin and/or London in a Big 4 M&A team, investment bank or M&A boutique
• Established, active professional network within the Irish corporate, private equity and professional services ecosystem
• Must hold a valid visa to work in Ireland
• Highly self-motivated with a strong executive presence
