This leadership role drives innovation across the data lifecycle, builds scalable quality frameworks, and leads high-performing global teams.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure data collected by the team is high quality, comprehensive, and meets client expectations- Implement practices to improve quality measurement and feedback processes- Collaborate with product teams and data governance units to align methodologies- Act as an authority on the Investor dataset, providing support for internal and external stakeholders- Look for opportunities to optimise operations and upskill the team- Lead day-to-day development of the team, ensuring effective training and maintaining team motivation- Build scalable processes and technology-enabled solutions to improve data collection coverage in EMEARequirements:- Deep knowledge of the alternative assets / private markets industry- Experience in data management, data operations, or research at a financial data firm- Strong people leadership and operational excellence- Ability to collaborate across product, sales, and technology teamsApply for this Position
