Director, Inside Sales (French-Speaking)

Your job

We are seeking an experienced and agile Director of Sales to join our company. As the Director of Sales, you will be accountable for guiding our inside sales team, driving revenue growth by setting and achieving long-term sales goals, and fostering a culture of empathy, motivation, and collaboration.

Who you are

• Inspire and motivate the Sales Executive to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and growth.
• You will hire, manage, and develop a team of Sales Executives, and direct the sales process, including prospect targeting, qualifying, and positioning of Indeed products and services.
• Drive new business generation and up selling of existing advertisers.
• Utilize data driven insights to make informed choices and enhance sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Adhere to sales business rules, practices, and policies for sales territories.
• Execute business priorities with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.

Who we are

• 7+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales management experience.
• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Effective in motivating and inspiring a diverse team with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
• Experience leading strategic client discussions, including C level meetings.
• Effective cross functional collaboration with internal partners.
• Data informed decision making to support long term sales goals.
• Excellent business acumen and a strategic mindset to contribute to overall company growth.

Internal Eligibility

• You must currently be a Sales Team Lead.
• You must have achieved sales quota for 3/4 quarters (Q4 FY24 and Q1, Q2 and Q3 FY25).
• This role is Flex, reporting to the Dublin office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region specific benefits.
