As a Director, Imaging Operations, you will join the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:
- Strong operational background in oncology with significant imaging experience.
- Proven project management skills.
- Experience in vendor management and oversight of imaging CROs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global study teams.
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- While the job description states a Master's degree, Andrea and Carmel believe it is not a strict requirement.
- Candidates from the biotech industry will be considered.
- Experience working with Veeva is a plus.
You are:
- Master's degree in Life Sciences with 10 years of overall Pharmaceutical Industry experience, including at least 6 years in Clinical Operations and 2 years in Study Monitoring and Study Management.
- Alternatively, equivalent experience in Drug Development Project Management or related fields.
- Experience managing complex or high-priority programs.
- Capable of mentoring team members and leading or participating in special projects.
- Expert in integrating Site Management, Data Management, Medical Writing, Statistics, and protocol requirements into operational plans.
- Proven track record of delivering high-priority studies on time.
- Strong project management and planning skills.
