Director, Global Group Financial Reporting & Transformation

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Director of Group Financial Reporting to lead the production of consolidated financial statements and external reports, driving timely, accurate reporting across the group. You will oversee global teams and coordinate with auditors while supporting systems transformation and governance.

You will shape the monthly close, ensure IFRS compliance, and partner with FP&A and Investor Relations to maintain consistency in external disclosures.
