About the Role

We are currently hiring for a driven and experienced CMI leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping consumer-centric strategies. This role will focus on generating actionable insights to support business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to influence key decisions across marketing, innovation, and commercial functions. You will bring a strong understanding of consumers and markets, ensuring that insights are translated into impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver Consumer & Market Insight (CMI) projects to support strategic decision-making
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations for stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Innovation teams to shape product, brand, and category strategies
  • Design and manage quantitative and qualitative research initiatives
  • Drive a consumer-first mindset across the organization
  • Influence senior stakeholders through strong storytelling and insight-driven narratives
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure best-in-class research methodologies and continuous improvement of insight capabilities
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), ideally within the food or FMCG industry
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions through insights
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple functions
  • Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of consumer-driven growth
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
