Job Description
BLAST is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead group-wide planning, forecasting and performance management. You will translate strategy into measurable financial plans, guiding capital allocation and strategic decisions for growth across international units.
You will partner with senior leaders, deliver forward-looking content for board reviews, and drive the transformation of FP&A into a strategic, business-facing function.
