Job Description
- Provide disciplinary and technical leadership and drive the growth and personal development of the R&D Embedded Software Platform team of around 10 employees in Munich.
- Plan and execute the evolution of the embedded platform into a cloud infrastructure-ready platform, including roadmap definition, migration strategy, and rollout in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Shape the platform software strategy underpinning the next generation of Software Defined Radios for mobile radio testing.
- Collaborate closely with international development teams, with a strong interface to product-specific software departments.
- Champion the technological and methodological evolution of our software, fostering innovation, best practices, and engineering excellence across the team.
- Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cross-functional Embedded Linux platform components.
