Director, Commercial Legal - UK (Software & SaaS)

Veeam is seeking a UK based Director, Commercial Legal to lead the EMEA Commercial Legal team and drive high value software and SaaS transactions. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will blend leadership with hands on deal work, negotiating contracts, mentoring lawyers, and partnering with Sales and deal desks across regions.

The role requires England and Wales qualified solicitor with 12+ years' experience, and a collaborative, globally oriented leadership style.
