This role is ideal for a strategic media leader who can oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of mid-size healthcare clients while guiding integrated, audience-first paid media programs that drive measurable business outcomes for the brands we serve. The Director will serve as a senior client-facing lead, partnering across Activation, Analytics, Creative, and Account teams to develop and optimise cross-channel media strategies aligned to each client's goals. This individual will bring strong digital media expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders alike.

What You'll Do

  • Translate research, audience insights, and performance data into actionable planning recommendations
  • Partner with Activation, Analytics, Creative, and Advertising Account teams to ensure integrated execution across workstreams with our full-service clients
  • Guide budget allocation, deliverable development, and campaign planning with a focus on quality, efficiency, and business impact
  • Work with Analytics teams to measure campaign performance and marketing ROI, identifying optimisation opportunities and communicating clear implications and next steps to clients and activation teams
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful consultation, and consistent delivery excellence
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing oversight, feedback, and workload direction
  • Navegate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism, sound judgment, and strong collaboration skills
  • Contribute innovative thinking, test-and-learn strategies, and forward-looking recommendations that improve client outcomes
What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in digital media planning and activation; healthcare, pharma or B2B experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of progressive leadership experience, including direct or indirect team management
  • Deep experience with cross-channel and HCP/DTC media planning
  • Experience across omni-digital channels; experience with traditional media channels such as print, OOH, linear TV and radio is a plus
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, media research, and planning tools as well as the willingness and ability to learn internal proprietary tools
  • Fluency in media measurement, campaign reporting and ROI-focused decision-making as a strategic partner to Analytics teams
  • Ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience partnering with Activation and Analytics teams to produce meaningful performance reporting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior-level clients and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and project management skills
  • Familiarity with ad servers, attribution models and advanced performance media tactics
  • Familiarity with channel and partner inventory to guide junior and Activation teams
