Director, Capital Placement

The firm is recruiting a Director to its Capital Placement practice. Directors hold senior client and investor relationships, originate mandates, and own the strategic direction of placement processes. The role combines origination with senior execution oversight.

Directors are expected to bring a substantive book of relationships across institutional capital, family offices, and private principals, and to operate independently across multiple jurisdictions. The role carries direct P&L contribution and mentoring responsibility for Vice Presidents and Associates.

The firm operates without a traditional MD-rainmaker bottleneck. Directors are empowered to build their own franchise within the firm's broader infrastructure, brand, and investor network.

• 10+ years' relevant experience, with a substantive book of senior relationships
• Origination track record in the relevant practice area
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior principal in mandate
• Cross-border execution credibility
• Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction
