Harmony Fire in Chesterfield is seeking a Project Director to lead the Building Fabric Delivery operation from our Chesterfield office, owning the region's project portfolio and driving delivery performance to the standard our clients expect.

This senior leadership role combines commercial accountability with operational delivery, building and mentoring a high-performing team, and partnering with pre-construction and commercial functions to ensure successful handovers and scalable results.
