Director, Aviation Legal & Global Negotiations

Carlyle Aviation Partners seeks an experienced Associate Counsel to join the Legal Team in Dublin. The successful candidate will negotiate and manage documentation across sales, leasing, trading, technical and financing activities, coordinating with senior management in Dublin and Miami and external counsel.

The role requires at least 6 years of international aviation leasing experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
