Who We're Looking For: Director of Automotive Sales and Development

This role involves unifying the sales team to win new business, leveraging data and reporting to monitor performance, and supporting sales growth and employee engagement. The Director will be a key leader in a results-driven environment, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.

Local candidates who can commute to Wakefield, MA are prioritized, but exceptional candidates from other locations will be considered.

A Day in the Life

The Director oversees and leads the sales activities of Digital Consultants (DCs), focusing on managing the sales pipeline and cycle, and using reporting to drive performance.

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Support prospect pipeline management and close high-priority deals with the CSO.
• Team Leadership: Lead sales efforts for large group opportunities and support DCs in managing their pipelines of small- to mid-sized dealer groups.
• Pipeline Management: Ensure each sales consultant has at least 20 active opportunities.
• Revenue Generation: After six months, grow the Referral Program to generate six closed referrals per quarter and produce at least three
