As a Directoryou'll sit at the heart of the insights and analytics function, leading client relationships, turning raw data into compelling narratives and delivering thinking that powers bold creative work. You'll be hands on with analysis but equally skilled in building senior client relationships, mentoring team members and helping to push forward how we use tools and technology.

This role is ideal for someone at the Associate Director level in another agency who's ready to step up, take ownership and help shape a growing team.

Client Delivery

Act as the primary insights lead, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and align deliverables with strategic objectives

Deliver ongoing, high quality insight reports that synthesise data from multiple sources (search, social listening, surveys, owned analytics, etc.)

Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that inform client decisions and inspire creative action

Insight & Analytics Execution

Lead the collection, integration and analysis of structured and unstructured data

Identify key consumer and cultural trends, translating them into sharp, actionable recommendations

Develop presentations that are as visually engaging as they are strategically robust

Leverage emerging tools, including Large Language Models (Claude, etc.), to enhance the speed, depth and creativity of insights generation

Stay ahead of evolving research techniques, ensuring our work remains industry leading

Work alongside creative, planning and client service teams to ensure insights inform everything we do

Support business development, contributing to pitches and new business proposals

Mentor and develop junior colleagues, nurturing a collaborative and growth minded culture

Several years experience in insights & analytics roles, with a proven record of delivering client ready outputs

Strong background across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

Ability to synthesise insights from diverse data sources, including search, social listening, owned content and survey data

Exceptional data storytelling and visualisation skills, fluent in PowerPoint and Excel.

Strong communicator with experience building trusted client relationships

Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging tools for insight generation

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a small team

A proactive problem solver with a passion for consumer behaviour and cultural trends

(Preferred) Agency experience with FMCG or global consumer brands

Work with world class brands at the intersection of culture, creativity and strategy
