Your responsibilities include assuming the general management and carrying the human responsibility of the organization. At the head of a structure of more than 90 supervisors and nearly 400 beneficiaries, spread across several sites, you provide clear direction, instill a collective dynamic, and mobilize the teams. With the support of an experienced and committed management team, you lead the organization in alignment with the objectives defined by the committee and institutional partners. You ensure to maintain a demanding balance between performance, individualized support, and social mission. You embody leadership that is both structured and responsible. In response to sector developments, you guide the evolution and development of the organization and lead projects while ensuring reporting to governing bodies. You represent Afiro and develop solid and sustainable relationships with partners.
