A global consultancy specialising in high-performance and complex building environments is seeking a Chartered Fire Engineer (Director level) to lead fire strategy design across landmark projects.

Role

• Develop and deliver fire strategies for major buildings, including data centres and high-rise developments.
• Oversee fire modelling, CFD, evacuation analysis, and risk assessments.
• Engage with clients, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of fire engineers.

Requirements

• Chartered Fire Engineer (IFE or equivalent).
• 12 years of consultancy-based fire engineering experience.
• Expert knowledge of UK Building Regulations and international codes.
