Job Description

• Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
• Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
• Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
• Lead and motivate the Accounting & Finance department to achieve excellent performance levels.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director should have:

• Must hold RI status.
• Professional certification (e.g. ACA/ACCA)
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a finance department.
• Strong understanding of finance law and regulatory standards.
• Broad experience covering general practice including accounts, tax and audit.
• High proficiency in financial software and analytics programs.
