Job Description

We are working with a leading international bank looking to appoint a Director within its Loan Capital Markets / Distribution team in London. This is a front office, market facing role focused on investor coverage, deal distribution, and supporting origination across a diverse loan product set. The position sits at the intersection of structuring, sales, and market intelligence, with strong visibility across senior stakeholders internally and externally.

• Leading investor coverage across banks, credit insurers, and institutional buyers
• Driving distribution across primary transactions and supporting execution of sell down processes
• Sourcing and facilitating secondary trades to support balance sheet management
• Working closely with LCM and origination teams on structuring, pricing, and market positioning
• Providing market intelligence, liquidity analysis, and investor feedback into live transactions
• Supporting strategic initiatives including syndications across real estate, infrastructure, and broader real assets
• Collaborating with global teams to deliver a coordinated approach to investor engagement

The Successful Applicant

We are looking to speak with individuals who bring a strong understanding of European loan markets and a proven ability to operate in a client facing, revenue generating role.

• Deep knowledge of loan products, ideally across infrastructure, project finance, real estate, and/or leveraged finance
• Established investor relationships and a track record of successful deal distribution
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence structuring and pricing decisions
• A proactive, relationship led mindset with the ability to operate across multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in a fast paced, deal driven environment
