Job Description

This is a senior leadership role overseeing commercial operations in the Hong Kong market. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building customer partnerships, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded leader who understands the nuances of Hong Kong's consumer landscape and can translate strategy into impactful in-market execution.

  • Lead overall commercial planning and execution for the Hong Kong market
  • Own and drive the sales strategy across the local market
  • Manage wholesale and key account relationships to ensure strong in-market performance
  • Continue to expand and evolve VIP customer relationships
  • Plan and execute channel programs, promotions, and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and global stakeholders to ensure brand alignment
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to shape local strategies
  • Track commercial KPIs, ROI, and promotional spend effectiveness
  • Lead and develop a small, agile commercial team on the ground

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 15+ years of experience in commercial and/or sales roles within premium consumer goods, lifestyle, or luxury sectors
  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong retail and distribution landscape, with proven experience managing trade and commercial partners
  • Demonstrated success in delivering commercial growth while maintaining the prestige and positioning of premium brands
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, trade spend, and revenue accountability
  • Skilled in both strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese preferred
