What you'll be doing:

• Leading business development efforts - identifying leads, leveraging your network, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships
• Building relationships with global pharma and healthcare clients across therapy areas including respiratory, women's health, dermatology, vaccines, and oncology
• Shaping and overseeing multi-market communications strategies across corporate, patient advocacy, internal, and brand communications
• Collaborating with senior leaders on agency growth plans, positioning, and capability development
• Getting hands-on; contributing to strategy, content, and delivery alongside the team
