Director - ESG Reporting - FS Sector - Starting from £120k base + Bonus + Flexible Working.

Our client is looking for an ambitious and business-minded Director with extensive experience in ESG and corporate reporting within financial services. This role offers the opportunity to maximize your potential and broaden your expertise in a growing professional services firm.

About you:

Proven ability to manage, win, and deliver complex accounting and corporate reporting projects, including planning and completing various assignments.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to present information clearly and concisely.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and engage multiple stakeholders.

Effective time management and organizational abilities.

Prior experience in people management.

Positive results from quality and risk reviews in an ISQM 1 environment.

Extensive experience delivering accounting and corporate reporting advice to financial services clients.

Deep knowledge of technical standards (IFRS Accounting Standards, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards, CSRD, TCFD, UK GAAP) and relevant regulations, including the Companies Act.
