Our client is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to spearhead high impact initiatives that modernise operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and unlock value through smart use of technology. This is a hands on, strategic role where you'll identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver transformation projects end to end, bringing automation, data, and scalable digital platforms into the heart of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end to end digital transformation projects, from idea through to delivery and measurable results
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
• Replace manual and fragmented workflows with integrated, scalable digital solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate challenges into practical tech driven solutions
• Drive adoption of cloud platforms, automation tools, and data led decision making
• Track and communicate success through clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights
