Digital Trainer - Preston and Travel

Digital Trainer - £30,000 + Car Allowance

We're supporting a growing organisation on the lookout for a Digital Trainer to help drive the successful rollout and adoption of new digital systems across operational teams.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll act as the bridge between technology and frontline users-ensuring new systems are understood, adopted, and Embedded effectively across the business.

The Role
You'll design and deliver engaging training programmes, support system rollouts, and provide ongoing guidance to users. This includes a mix of classroom sessions, on-site training, and in-field support across multiple locations.

Key Requirements

• Experience delivering training, onboarding, or supporting system adoption
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage operational teams
• Comfortable delivering training both in-person and in the field
• Exposure to digital systems (eg ERP, Dynamics, WFM or similar) is advantageous
• Proactive, organised, and confident working across multiple sites

Location & Travel

• 30-40% based onsite in Preston
• 60-70% travelling nationwide

• £30,000 salary
