About the Role & Team

We are seeking a Digital Site Coordinator to join our team. Your responsibilities will include managing daily production schedules, content and campaign scheduling, setting up and testing site promotions, supporting website operations, and ensuring all site content and product information are accurate and go live on schedule.

This role requires working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do
  • Configure site modules and schedule content, ensuring accuracy at every step.
  • Set up and test promotions and campaigns as directed by merchandising and marketing teams.
  • Ensure all site content, including SEO and metadata, is accurate.
  • Optimize product pages and review redirects for products and categories.
  • Review website search functionality and optimize null and popular searches.
  • Review navigation and make improvements based on market needs.
  • Implement online merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
  • Ensure product launches and promotional activities are live at scheduled times with correct inclusions and exclusions.
  • Tag all site content correctly for analytics purposes.
  • Coordinate assets and product launch information, ensuring testing and meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in a similar e-commerce retail role is desirable.
  • Understanding of e-commerce trading and best practices.
  • Knowledge of user experience, web usability, and analytics is advantageous.
  • Content management experience using Demandware or Salesforce.
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe software.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Cultural sensitivity.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
