Digital Senior Assortment Planner - 8 Months - Retail

We're supporting a leading global sports & lifestyle brand in finding a Senior Assortment Planner. This role sits at the heart of the brand's NVS (outlet) growth strategy, ensuring the right products reach the right consumers at the right time across EMEA.

What you'll do:

• Drive pre-season and in-season assortment planning across sales, inventory, margin and product performance.
• Use data, reporting and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with merchandising, digital, supply chain, finance and retail teams to build strong, consumer-focused plans.
• Lead weekly trading sessions, reacting to performance and developing action plans.
• Translate complex data into clear storytelling to influence decision-making.

What you bring:

• 3+ years in a similar role in retail/assortment planning
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and planning tools experience.
• Background in fashion/retail/FMCG
• Confident communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionally.
• High autonomy, able to own a product category and make commercial and strategic decisions.
