Digital Quality Manager (GxP/Regulated Systems)

We're partnering with a global manufacturing organisation to find an experienced Digital Quality Process Expert to support and evolve quality-related processes across their digital and technology landscape.

Location: Full remote

Contract Duration: 9 months

Start date: Early March

• Supporting delivery teams in applying GxP, SLCD, and digital quality processes day to day

• Helping teams interpret and follow SOPs, work instructions, and validation requirements

• Guiding teams through CSV/CSA activities, risk assessments, and traceability

• Enabling compliant documentation and workflows using Jira, Confluence, and Veeva

• Identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, or automate quality processes

• Acting as a bridge between Quality, IT, Compliance, Engineering, and Product

• Running workshops, training sessions, and onboarding to improve quality maturity

• Supporting audit readiness by helping teams prepare evidence and documentation

• 8+ years' experience in digital quality, IT quality, or regulated environments

• Strong understanding of GxP, validation principles, documentation standards, and audits

• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and ideally Veeva

• Comfortable working across Agile and traditional delivery models

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

• Improvement-focused mindset-able to balance compliance with efficiency
