Location: London or Basingstoke (Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office)

What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Digital Project Manager at Pulse Innovations, you'll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of digital products, such as websites and mobile apps, while working alongside a Programme Manager and Programme Director. You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful project execution.

You'll help facilitate agile scrum meetings, manage project budgets, and ensure all deliverables are on track, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Additionally, you'll actively engage in risk management, escalating issues and taking appropriate steps to resolve them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of consumer-facing software products with the support of a Programme Manager/Director

  • Facilitate scrum meetings in an Agile environment, ensuring effective collaboration

  • Maintain project reporting and controls to track delivery status

  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues, both internally and externally

  • Be the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships

  • Take ownership of the project budget, tracking team size and deliverables to ensure the project stays on budget

  • Ensure project requirements are clearly captured and documented

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality across teams and processes

What You'll Need
  • Experience in managing digital projects from start to finish, particularly websites and/or mobile apps

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and delivering products in an agile environment

  • Proven experience managing project budgets

  • Understanding of web and mobile technology, as well as software development processes

  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence (or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of measuring team velocity and tracking project scope

  • Ability to identify process improvements to enhance delivery and product quality
