Full-time Permanent Hybrid (60% office / 40% remote)

About the Opportunity

Sanofi is leading the digital transformation of global healthcare. As a Digital Product Owner, you'll take charge of designing a next-gen AI-powered product that will revolutionise how clinical trials are conceived and executed.

You'll drive the vision and development of eStudy Design-a groundbreaking digital tool that leverages diverse data, advanced methodologies, and GenAI to generate optimised clinical trial protocols.

The mission? Accelerate trial timelines by 15% and unlock €100 million in annual savings, helping to bring critical treatments to patients faster than ever before.

What You'll Do

As the owner of this ambitious product, you'll:

• Lead a high-performing cross-functional team delivering cutting-edge solutions.
• Define the product vision and strategy while nurturing a culture of innovation.
• Prioritise features, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methods.
• Own portfolio governance, collaborating closely with senior Business and Digital leaders.
• Manage staffing and budgets to ensure value delivery and key output success.
• Standardise processes, tools, and technologies across digital accelerator teams.
• Promote professional development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

You're an experienced Product Owner with a background in building complex digital solutions-ideally in healthcare. You bring:

• Expertise in AI/GenAI industrialisation.
• A strong track record of defining and executing successful product strategies.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, UX/UI design, and systems integration.
• Strong strategic thinking with a commercial and delivery-focused mindset.

You'll also need:

• Fluency in English and French.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in complex environments with strong influencing abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science or a related scientific field.
