Are you a collaborative people manager, with demonstratable experience in developing and delivering enterprise level websites and applications? We have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity in AXA Health.
Working with your team of Associate Digital Product Managers, you'll maintain and develop AXA Health's website, in line with company strategy and business KPIs (key performance indicators). You'll own content delivery platforms including CMS and Personalisation. You'll understand what our customers require and provide them with a great digital experience.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. Occasional travel to London, Bournemouth and Glasgow. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a team of subject matter experts.
Help create and deliver the AXA Health website and content management product vision and strategy. Translate company mission and objectives into a compelling digital product vision, strategy and plans.
Identify priority problems to solve, and ensuring services are commercially viable, technically feasible and usable for customers.
Discover and prioritise optimisation opportunities that continuously improve product outcomes for customers and ensuring alignment with AXA Health goals.
Work collaboratively with other product and proposition leaders on new product innovations that impact your team's work.
Own and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring roadmaps are outcome oriented, aligned to business strategy, visible and accessible to stakeholders.
Define and own the digital measures of success and reporting.
Work with wider AXA UK teams to share best practice.
