What You'll Do

As the Digital Product Line Owner, you'll serve two major functions:

• Strategic product leadership: Act as the CEO of your digital product line-shaping vision, driving execution, and leading a top-tier team.
• Change leadership in the R&D Accelerator: Help define and embed an agile, innovation-focused culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle-from ideation to launch to continuous improvement.
• Prioritize features, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product and engineering professionals.
• Ensure products are differentiated and packed with impactful features.
• Measure and report business impact to executive stakeholders.
• Partner with People & Culture to recruit and develop diverse talent.
• Share best practices and drive reuse across digital products.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership in fast-paced, tech or R&D environments.
• Deep experience across the full product lifecycle and Agile methods.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and their potential to elevate R&D.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic product roadmaps.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Fluency in both English and French.
