Digital Platform & ICT Operations Lead

Charities Regulator is seeking an ICT Support Manager (Higher Executive Officer) to ensure robust ICT infrastructure and processes across the organisation. You will report to the Head of Digital and Technology and drive improvements in business processes, coordinating with ICT suppliers for effective delivery.

The role includes managing the Digital Platform, overseeing reporting with tools like Power BI/Tableau, and leading digital transformation initiatives in line with government policies.
