Job Summary:
The Digital Operations Specialist provides assistance to the business in using technology tools and applications. The role focuses on managing user accounts, providing technical support for digital platforms, and ensuring data security compliance within the organization. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to effectively assist end users and address IT issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for various digital platforms such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise software applications.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions in line with organizational policies and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and resolve any technical issues promptly.
• Assist in conducting training sessions or workshops to enhance user understanding of technology tools and their proper usage.
• Ensure data security compliance by implementing appropriate measures and protocols for sensitive information handling.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems proactively to minimize disruptions.
• Document processes and procedures related to digital operations for future reference and knowledge sharing purposes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other enterprise software applications.
• Strong understanding of network concepts, cybersecurity principles, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
