Digital Media Buyer Trainee - CO

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Media Buyer Trainee to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. The role offers hands on experience in paid social, paid search, programmatic, email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and retail media. The position is entry level, includes a 2 month paid development and probation program, and is fully in office, requiring five days per week on site.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse portfolio of clients to support their marketing efforts.
• Communicate with clients via email and meeting to align on strategy and performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute marketing strategies.
• Produce KPI dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Support A/B testing, consumer research, and data driven decision making.
• Assist in implementing best practices and proprietary technology.
• Provide creative and copy recommendations.

Learning & Development

The trainee will gain experience across multiple marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, programmatic, email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and retail media. The 2 month paid development program provides hands on training and professional working experience, serving as a probationary period for becoming a full Digital Media Buyer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Interest in pursuing a career in performance driven digital marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (conditional statements, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
