Digital Marketing Manager | Start up - High-Growth Fintech

London (3 or 4 days in office)

£65k + Equity

A Digital Marketing Manager is required by a pre-Series A fintech startup that's reinventing how retail investors discover and understand investment ideas - powered by a $250bn+ pro-investor network and building an AI-first platform.

If you're a data-driven digital marketer who loves experimentation, fast-paced environments, and owning strategy end-to-end this one is for you.

You will own:

Multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Taboola, Reddit)

Landing page optimisation & A/B testing

Analytics: Mixpanel, Hotjar, GA4

Paid media strategy + managing offshore support

Creative development with content & design

KPI tracking, ROI optimisation & growth insights

About you:

3-5 years in digital marketing (fintech/SaaS/startup ideal)

Experience of taking a similar small scale operation through to Growth to scale

Strong paid media experience

Analytical, curious, experimental mindset
