Digital Marketing Executive

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and other platforms

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations

Manage company social media accounts, including content planning, posting schedules, and audience engagement

Create or coordinate marketing content (posts, captions, visuals, short videos, EDMs) aligned with brand guidelines

Manage website content updates

Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of ad spend

Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and competitor activities

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (designers, influencers, agencies)

Support marketing events, promotions, and new product or service launches

Lead lead-generation strategies and improve conversion rates

Manage influencers/KOL collaborations and performance tracking

Any other duties as assigned by the management

Must be willing to work on weekends on a weekly basis to support campaigns, content posting, leads distribution.

Off-in-lieu will be provided on a weekday to ensure work-life balance.

Minimum a Diploma or Degree in (Digital) Marketing or Business Administration

5 or more years of experience in digital marketing (beauty, aesthetic, or lifestyle industry preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising tools.

Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.

Highly proficient in verbal and written English

Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
